To access your emails remotely, enter the following address in your web browser (such as Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer):
http://webmail.yourdomainname
For example, if your domain is “your-domain-name.co.za,” the remote email URL will be http://webmail.your-domain-name.co.za.
Make sure to have your username and password ready for when you're prompted.
If you are accessing the webmail server from the office and have misplaced your password, you can email support@bowhosts.com to request a password reset. This may be necessary if you experience issues like receiving duplicate emails or if a large email won't download.
Before attempting to access the webmail server from anywhere else, ensure you have noted your username and password. Otherwise, you won't be able to access the server to retrieve it, unless you're receiving emails on your smartphone.
