Why does my Domain Display as Not Eligible for Transfer?

A domain will be marked as "Not Eligible for Transfer" under the following conditions:

  • There is an outstanding fee on the legacy .co.za domain.
  • An outstanding fee has recently been paid. In this case, the domain can only be transferred after the end of the following month from the payment date.
  • The domain is within its anniversary period, which is from 3 days before its expiration up to the end of the following month.
  • The domain is within its first month of registration.
  • The legacy transfer ticket was not accepted.
  • The legacy transfer ticket was declined.
