  1. Open Windows Live Mail 2011.

  2. Navigate to Accounts and select the Email button.

  3. Fill in the Email Address field.

  4. Enter your Password in the designated field.

  5. Complete the Display Name field—this is what recipients will see when they receive your emails.

  6. Choose to Manually configure Server Settings.

  7. In the Server Address field, enter your Incoming Mail Server (e.g., mail.your-domain-name.co.za).

  8. For the Log on User Name, enter your full email address.

  9. In the Outgoing Mail Server field, enter the outgoing mail server provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

  10. Click Finish.

  11. Restart the Windows Live Mail 2011 application.

Your email should now be configured and ready to use in Windows Live Mail 2011!
