Ensure that you:
- Do not specify SSL settings in the account properties of your email program/application.
- Do not use any port other than 110 (POP3) or 143 (IMAP).

The issue could be one of two things:
- Your website account has been suspended, preventing you from receiving email.
- The email server is very busy or not functioning properly.
