Bowhosts hosting plans operate on a month-to-month basis (but we also offer yearly billing cycles). If you wish to cancel your hosting plan, please provide a 30-day notice and submit a written cancellation request from the registered email address associated with your account to billing@bowhosts.com.
Please note that if you transfer your domain to another ISP, you must also cancel all related services.
