Follow these steps to set up your email account in Microsoft Outlook:
1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Select Settings in the top right-hand corner.
3. Click on Accounts and select Add Account.
4. Enter your Email Address in the provided field and click Continue.
5. Enter your Email Account Password and click Show More.
6. Complete the email settings with the following details and click Continue:
- IMAP Settings:
- IMAP Port: 993
- Secure Connection Type: SSL / TLS
- SMTP Username: Your full email address
- SMTP Password: The password for your email address
- SMTP Port: 465
- Secure Connection Type: SSL / TLS
7. You will be directed to the Sync your IMAP Account screen. Click Continue.
8. Select Done — your email account is now set up!
You can now start using your email account in Microsoft Outlook.
