I can Browse the Internet but I Cannot get my Email

  1. Ensure that you:

    • Do not specify SSL settings in the account properties of your email program/application.
    • Do not use any port other than 110 (POP3) or 143 (IMAP).
  2. The issue could be one of two things:

    • Your website account has been suspended, preventing you from receiving email.
    • The email server is very busy or not functioning properly.
